This is pretty much my “thing” that I pass down to students, mentees, friends, etc.
Define your 0-100 and only measure yourself against your own unique scale.
And remember, all growth is Growth.
Your potential, the absolute best you’re capable of—that’s the metric to measure yourself against. Your standards are. Winning is not enough. People can get lucky and win. People can be assholes and win. Anyone can win. But not everyone is the best possible version of themselves.

You may be familiar with Nietzsche's words, "He who has a ‘why’ to live for can bear with almost any ‘how’.”
Many who quote this ask about your “why.”
I am here to ask about your “how.”

🤯 this is it…
Cicle activity 1. This is your Hero. Cross out activity 2. This is your Villain.
Every day you have both your Hero and your Villain trying to control your life. Who would you rather be at the steering wheel? The Hero!
Remember this and ONLY listen to your hero.
Affectus, qui passio est, desinit esse passio simulatque eius claram et distinctam formamus ideam.
Emotion, which is suffering, ceases to be suffering as soon as we form a clear and precise picture of it.

Feeling stuck?
Focus on “growth!”
Find just one thing you can get better at, one area you can grow in, or one skill you can practice.
Focused effort on growth will help you feel unstuck and provide a lot of clarity in your life! Your path will become clearer the more you grow.
Well-being example:
There are 3 tools you can use to improve your well-being: grit, tribe, and purpose. Sharpening your grit tool helps develop and maintain healthier habits. Building a strong tribe provides support systems. And purpose gives you direction to focus your energy.

Personal development example:
Every Sunday I measure seven different areas of life: wellness, wealth, wisdom, relationships, influence, spirituality, and vocation. I score them from 0-100, give a brief description , and assign one action task in each area for that week.
Education systems example:
Mentorship-based education has an extremely high success rate when student growth is a key measure of success. The secret is to equally focus on mentor growth. If both sides of a system benefit equally, the entire system grows.
Life philosophy example:
It is okay to fail often. This means you are pushing your boundaries and learning. Try. Learn. Adapt. Try more. With each failure you have a binary choice to see the negative or the positive. Always choose the positive and that will be your trajectory.
@JamesClear And properly utilizing a combination of the two is where the real magic happens. Delegation is equally important with input as it is with output.
