DOCTOR ARRESTED CASE!!
If doctors are arrested in every case with an adverse outcome, the entire healthcare system will be at risk.
Innovation in medicine will suffer.
Doctors will become reluctant to perform high-risk or life-saving procedures.
Fear of criminal prosecution may discourage complex surgeries where outcomes are inherently uncertain.
At the same time, genuine medical negligence must be investigated fairly and transparently.
The government must create a balanced legal framework that protects patients' rights while ensuring doctors can make critical clinical decisions without fear of arbitrary arrest.

India is the only country in which the merit holder who has secured the highest rank in an MD batch is assigned Senior Residency at a relatively ordinary medical college, whereas a candidate belonging to a reserved category, having obtained merely the minimum qualifying marks in the same MD subject, is appointed to a Senior Residency position at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), one of the country’s most prestigious medical institutions.
India is NOT a meritocracy.
Itni Shakti humein Dena daata
Mann ka vishwas kamzor ho na
Hum chale nek raste pe hum se
Bhool kar bhi koyi bhool ho na
In this profession as a doctor, every mistake has too many ramifications. Was talking with someone who was emotionally broken due to some complications at a hospital elsewhere with his father. The toll taken is too much on all concerned. The patient, the family and the treating doctor. #MedTwitter
