@united I booked and paid for a flight in Dec under my account for someone else. I canceled it, paid your $100 fee — and now I can’t use the credit I paid for because it’s in her name? She never flew or touched the booking. I lose my money, you lose a seat. Makes no sense!!

@DFuuent @UnitedAirlines_ Did you see anything odd on your flight? My flight was almost all migrants. As in they didn’t know a word of English, and all the stewardesses were speaking in Spanish. Never did I see that in many many years of flying.

@UnitedAirlines_ stuck at miserable #ewr terminal for 3 hours. They wont let us out because they don’t have an available gate. I would have drove here faster if I knew. Keep #ewr accountable! This is not ok! Plenty of little kids on board help prisoners!

#EWR - last time I checked airport fees are included in tickets. Why does it take nearly 3 hours for an available gate? What are passengers paying you for? EWR is trash, there’s ALWAYS a major delay, totally avoidable. You all should be fired. #Newark #NewarkAirport
