@NESpower I’ve spoken with reps. There’s little help they can provide, and I’ve discovered through my interactions with them that - while they are very kind - they are completely disempowered to provide tangible help in most circumstances.

@NESpower keeps deleting my FB post. I'll share it here instead. NES cut my power w/o warning last month, & cut it again today even tho I had a pmt scheduled, all because of a flaw in their system. Not exactly empowering their customers. 👎

@thriftycars @thriftycars I couldn't add my bluechip, and then the line for your rental counter was over two hours for wait time. Which made me miss picking up my four year old from preschool. Still don't have my rental car because I had to just pay for an Uber instead. Very unhappy.
