Wow @ups is the absolute worst- I can't recall the last time they successfully delivered a package and they have the nerve to charge me 7.99$ to reroute pick up the package after their 3 failed attempts when I was here waiting. I think not.

@ups Just had a 4th failed delivery on a second order via UPS. You can't reach anyone on phone or email or chat or even file a claim. But you can let the other company know that UPS is not capable of fulfilling delivery and that you and request another carrier!
