Islam has failed both individuals and societies. An alarming number of converts to Islam have turned to terrorism, while those who claim that "all religions have their extremists" have yet to explain why there are no converts to other religions — none — who have become terrorists.

Meanwhile, aside from the good fortune of discovering oil, Islamic societies are economic basket cases, because Islam inculcates no work ethic, teaching instead that the infidels should pay for the upkeep of Muslims (that's what the jizya called for in Qur'an 9:29 is for). When the infidels' taxes can no longer sustain the Muslim society, that society goes into decline.

What have 21st-century infidels done in response to this massive societal and individual failure? Constructed massive fictional palaces of "1001 Islamic Inventions" and celebrated a nonexistent Islamic Golden Age of tolerance and multiculturalism. Meanwhile, the establishment media and the political class incessantly cover up jihad activity by ascribing it to "mental illness" or some other cause.
