Be sure to revisit your goals throughout the year and ask yourself is this actually something I want to do? It's easy to dream about big things, but then what are the actions I'm gonna have to take to actually achieve this goal?

Check-ins! We have them in business with OKRs, KPIs, etc. so why not have them in our marriages?

Choose 3-6 points to checkin on and keep track of to not only help support your partner, but hold them accountable to the goals they have set.

The best way that @kara_ayala and I have found to hold one another accountable in business, to our goals, family time, and time for each other is scheduling out time for everything we want to prioritize and making sure we are 100% present in those things.
