@EIbadin 800m = 875 yards. A 1:47 800m =875yd in 107 secs or 8.12yd/sec. Equals 40yd dash time of 4.92 over half mile. If 400m split of 52, same math = running 4.7 40yd dash for quarter mile. Avg NFL running back 40yd is 4.49 hand time (4.57 fat) Check my math but an 800m runner is badass
