I laughed as mine was a replacement handset from a mail mobile company and was still in the box... I feel a scam on people who just to enjoy a good looking product but with a hidden sting.

@SamsungMobile How many people have received an email three weeks after trading in for the new S23 Ultra advising them of a burn in the screen and a charge of ยฃ150? Both myself and my friend have now both received one. Both in different parts of the country.
@mbna I was a customer for many years but today I've closed my account. This was due to your appalling app.I found it very sad that when I asked to close my account I had to pass security three times with three different departments. Clearly loyalty and sevice are not your forte

@AmazonUK I got a notification that my item was delivered. So I ring customer services and am told that it has not been delivered. All they want to do is refund me without any explanation. On a day that I receive a price increase email CLEARLY YOU DONT CARE ABOUT PRIME CUSTOMERS
@AmazonHelp I've been on this call for 65 minutes... I can't make a complaint and get my money back...The operator keeps saying he wants to give me ยฃ15...I don't want your ยฃ15. I want a full refund and to be able to make a complaint...is it that difficult?

All customers be aware that if you have a contract with Vodafone and you have a Z fold 2 the Rapid Response Insurance is not valid and if anything happens you can not claim.. Just got my money back but my handset is no longer insured. #scammer#crooks
