A little tweak to help reframe your thoughts next time it just all feels too much. These strange times have tuned into the brains naturally tendency to focus on the negative. Time to turn up the gratitude… https://t.co/RQj2rP5m53
Those of us that can and should, need to be still. Those who can't - if we can support you in anyway we will; you are held in the highest regard ❤️#BeStill#coronavirus
@johnwmrt @BBCBreakfast No.....and these are the risks faced by allergy sufferers everyday at home and abroad. Life is challenging. You can not eliminate risk . But if we can mitigate some risk for allergy suffers, such as not eating nuts In a confined space in the air, then shouldn't we do this?
@Dr_No_EU @BBCTees No - I don’t think it needs to be policed in that way at all. Unopened nuts in someone’s bag are not an issue. If cabin crew make an announcement to not eat nuts on board -
passengers should just not eat them. Simple.
@pooliemike07 @BBCTees Of course those with allergies have personal responsibility to not eat foods they are allergic too. Nut particles can be airborne and leave residue that if a nut allergy sufferer comes into contact with can trigger an allergic reaction. Difficult to repsond to 30000ft in air..
Nuts are to be banned on Easyjet thanks to a campaign by a Wolviston schoolgirl. 11-year-old Josie Duffey wants to make flying safer for nut allergy sufferers. She met with Baroness Sugg from the Department of Transport to discuss the issue.
