It triages it as a question ticket or a bug report or a feature request:
For questions, it searches our help docs, drafts a reply, and lets me know so I can hit send.
For a bug report, it tries to reproduce it and tells me whether it is a real bug or just a user error.
For feature requests, it asks whether to add them to our roadmap or whether we need more information from the user.
