@JamieDimon12111 your fraud department needs to do better. Fake charge on my credit card. Investigate by calling the hotel in Japan & the hotel gave my name (dah the person that used my card had my name) but if Chase would look at my credit card I WAS IN CHICAGO and NOT JAPAN!

I am a small women owned business and I can not even trust in my bank to do the right thing! How was calling the hotel and ask who the reservation was under and that was GOOD ENOUGH! Are you kidding me?

If someone steals your credit card information then they most likely ALSO have the name on the card. So having a reservation under MY NAME is not evidence.

Chase called the hotel on Dec 25th and the reservation was for the 26-28th in JAPAN. YOur fraud department should have a) called back on the 26th during the time I was "supposedly" there or b) alert the hotel to ensure that they check the ID of the person whose card was used.

Feel free to message me so I can help the Chase fraud department actually investigate a crime. And why wouldn't they have canceled the charge the minute I told them it was not me! If they did we would not be here where I need to beg Chase for my money

I can show my cel phone records as well to show I was in Chicago and NOT Japan! Chase should have called back DURING the actual reservation made by my card to see I was NOT there in Japan
