Here’s what Schwab requires:

• $100,000 liquid net worth
• Conditional Offer to Buy
• Allocation process not fully disclosed publicly

That last point matters 👀

Schwab has not publicly disclosed the exact algorithm used to decide allocations, which means investors may know how to request shares, but not exactly how final share amounts are determined.

The bigger takeaway:

SpaceX IPO access is becoming more available across brokerages, but access does not guarantee allocation.

And in some cases, even qualifying to participate comes with a much higher bar

Here's everything you need to know:

• Fidelity: $2,000 minimum, lowered specifically for SpaceX, with an Indication of Interest process.

• Charles Schwab: $100,000 liquid net worth requirement, with a Conditional Offer to Buy.

• Robinhood: No minimum, with access through IPO Access and a Conditional Offer to Buy.

• SoFi: No minimum, with Indication of Interest through its IPO Center.

• E*TRADE: Funded account required, with a Conditional Offer to Buy and allocations based on total requests.

The biggest takeaway: getting access does not guarantee an allocation.

And depending on the brokerage, the process, eligibility, and share allocation rules may look very different.
