@DerrickEvans4WV Public executions are a very effective deterrent.
How many times have we watched people get shot on tv? That content streams 24/7/365 and no one blinks an eye.
I am 10 years post menopause. I did it without hrt. I was under the impression that hrt put you at greater risk for heart problems. Apparently that is no longer true? There seems to be a push to have women take hrt meds. I don’t know if it’s a push from pharma or not.
Every doc I have talked to has told me that hrt is not one size fits all and not every woman needs it. They said it depends on how well a woman tolerates her symptoms.
If I was going to go back and do it again. I would have all my hormone levels checked. I would check my thyroid function. I would have switched my diet away from processed food and seed oils much sooner. Then I would weigh my options.
@BowTiedBroke I did it the old fashioned way … no hrt. My night sweats were so bad that I used to sleep on a bath towel. I cleaned up my diet and started taking additional magnesium.
@benshapiro I live in sw Montana. There is a lot of liberals in Bozeman and Livingston. It’s crazy. Once you get out of the city limits, it turns conservative.
I hate the double standard regarding weight. It’s ok to talk about a thin person’s weight but don’t ever say anything about someone being overweight.
I’ve always been very thin. I wish I was heavier. I’ll never be heavier. Clothes don’t fit. There is nothing in skinny and tall. Please quit talking about my weight. Don’t tell me it must be nice to be so thin. Don’t ask me how I stay so thin.
@Budgetdog_ It’s also a huge jump in income taxes.

@ThrillaRilla369 Yes.
Later I had the unabashed joy of teaching that same procedure to unappreciative preteens. I was a student teacher. I only did it once.
I smoke mine at about 200*. I pull at 175*ish and tightly wrap it in paper. I cook until 210* or so. I read temp at the fattest part. I have foil loaf pans filled with water in the smoker with the brisket. Let the meat rest.
I cooked a corned beef this weekend. It’s a brisket. I put it in the crockpot, on low, with water. I was going to pull it at 165* … thoroughly cooked meat temp. It was so rubbery. My husband had me put it back on low for several more hours. It took about 10 hours total. It came out fall apart perfect.
