@michakaufman I have contacted support but the response I got was on a refund for my ongoing order. They also said that I was essentially banned from using Fiverr. I dont understand how a loyal customer is banned from essentially a wrong thumb click. Ticket #10828811. Would love resolution...
@michakaufman Hi @michakaufman . I have had a single account on Fiverr for over 12 years. I have done over 100 orders (every year increasing) and a Select customer. Yesterday after coming back home from travelling I tried logging in via Google and by mistake I chose a wrong account
@FiverrSupport Thanks. I already sent an email. As a Select customer spending thousands yearly, I am very surprised and disappointed how this has happened. Ticket #10828811 would appreciate a fast resolution so as work can go on.
@FiverrSupport I am shocked today to receive and email of a Fiverr account I had for 12 years being disabled. My ongoing orders cancelled with no explanation other than a general Terms of Service email as a reason. Please assist email is [email protected]
@FiverrSupport@AdepojuIsrael18 Hello there... My active fiverr account I have had for 12 years has been disabled out of the blue today. No explanation other than a general Terms and Services email was sent. My important ongoing orders also cancelled. I dont understand what going on please assist
@dagorenouf@logologydesign So sorry for what happened. Wishing all that is well for you. When you feel you are ready and have a good savings cushion, try again. This is gonna sound cliche, but if you do well in one business, it gets easier after.
@NoContextHumans In South Africa there is a fund called the RAF (Road Accident Fund). Dont die and get the right lawyers after an accident and this can become true. Don't blow it thou haha
@HindenburgRes Did a deep dive on this last year. Observed that there was much more emphasis on propping up the company valuation so as the executives can cash out. Looked into company revenue generating activities and everything was so shallow.
@PetrBeloborodov @CoachingWhisper @Copywriting_Dad Not the best yes, but it can get you moving. A lot of positively life changing breakthroughs have happened after moments of extreme stress.
