Don’t ever lose touch with the part of you that takes care of yourself and others. They’re th same thing but you must affix your mask before helping others.

Physical discomfort is usually good. Emotional discomfort should always be examined. Neither should be happening for prolonged periods of time.

Weird people are exciting, not scary or obnoxious/attention seeking.

Cringe is a concept invented by insecure people who want you to give them power over you by making you follow rules that are stupid. They follow these rules. You should never follow them.
