There has been a ton of talk about secondaries / SPVs recently, but not much real info - so decided to share my personal experience in hopes that it helps people understand the risk/reward of SPVs... They aren't inherently bad...

Also super important to vet the SPV. I invested through a very reputable firm, but have seen some that are a lot more questionable. be careful out there. Pic here for assumptions and quick and dirty math. Be safe out there.
