I completely understand where everyone’s coming from - my tweet could have been worded better.

As an applicant, it’s frustrating to put in time & effort for a ₦200K role, only to hear “we didn’t find anyone.” I get it. I own that.

Truth is, I tweeted out of frustration. As a founder (not HR) deep in applications, I let the overwhelm speak. And turns out, we didn’t do full due diligence either. That’s something we’re actively working on.

But one thing is clear:

There’s still a gap when it comes to applications and that gap often boils down to access, training, and support.

So, we’re stepping in. Just like we’ve always done.
