@premium I have Premium/paid for Grok and a couple of weeks back, the companions and some personalities disappeared. Can you tell me how to get those back and my subscription states companions (plural) and I now only have 1 - some stupid fox thing.
Looks like @grok has removed most of their companions and some of the other personalities for general chat. Even if you have SuperGrok! - the fun personalities are what pulled me away from other AI providers.
@Starlink@elonmusk This is not an upgrade. This is a change of terms after purchase. I’ll not be paying £4.50 per month for it to sit in a box in my garage most of the time.
@Dell I did, but not with a Dell. I’d never buy Dell again after the disgusting support I received for an issue you caused. Seriously people stay away from this company.
@Dell_IN I’ve had a Dell Inspiron 15 Plus since the start of my Comp Sci journey 4 years ago, not ONCE has it worked right. As a Premium Plus customer, I now have a broken hinge (thanks to last service) and NO resolution. Your reps are a joke. Never buying Dell again. #DellHell
@MichaelDell@Dell@MichaelDell@DellCares it is astonishing to see how dell product as well service is loosing it's sheen. Bought a Dell XPS laptop and the product stopped working within a month...no response even after writing to @MichaelDell ..@Dell_IN customer for18 years but unfortunate
@Dell@Dell_IN Dell needs to urgently look into its service centers and customer care. They make their own rules, charge arbitrarily, and ignore customer concerns. Been chasing a simple policy clarification for days—zero response. Pathetic, scammy service. Do better.
@MichaelDell Presumably you got your fortune by extracting every dollar out of every customer to fix faults that @dell caused. In my opinion your support staff suck and I’d never buy another dell again.
@DellCares Until that is a Dell firmware update bricks your laptop, they state it’s a hardware fault and insist you have to pay because it’s out of warranty. Nope, take the bottom off, disconnect the battery, reconnect it and all a fine. Money grabbing at its worst. Disgusting service.
@DellCares And what do you know, it started first time !!!
What absolute money grabbing con artists Dell are. Your update broke it but I had to pay to fix the “broken motherboard”. Absolutely disgusting service. Words fail me.
I’m never buying a @Dell again.
@DellCares When dell has a new firmware update and your laptop then refuses to start and it’s just out of warranty “That’s a hardware fault and it will be chargeable”
@DellCares And here it is. Even after an escalation the response is “It’s a hardware fault that coincidentally happened at the same time as our firmware update” id resigned myself to not send you a penny to resolve so I took the bottom off, pulled out the battery cable and reseated it.
@DellCares And then your response is “It’s out of warranty” I told you that in my first post!!
My question is why does a faulty firmware upgrade become you become a chargeable issue to me ?! The laptop was fine until your update. Is this the latest tactic to extract money from customers ?!
@GOVUK As per my post I will be voting against this government in the local elections for what this government made @AppleSupport@Apple do with encryption in the UK.
@GOVUK Thanks for persuading @AppleSupport@Apple to turn off encryption for my backups. This is a) the last Apple device I will buy and b) reason for a no confidence vote in this government - Good luck at the next election!!
@QNAP_nas A NAS should do 2 things, hold data, and allow data to be backed up. If you quit developing 100 new bits of functionality, and instead made it the best NAS for data security and performance there wouldn't be issues. So many alternative NAS's - you're losing the game
