on an average we are going under 50ms for boot time of our vm, thats one of the benchmark for us. boot time is good we already ran 100k sandboxes with peak boot time goes up to 100ms not more than that. focusing more how we can optimize our pauses more.

when you're trying to get your first 100 users, don't focus on building scalable systems.

do things that don't scale.

personally reach out to potential users. talk to them. onboard them yourself. understand their problems. offer help. even do things manually that you'll eventually automate.

your company isn't big enough to worry about scalability yet. at this stage, your biggest advantage is that you can do things a big company can't.

focus on getting those first 100 users. figure out what they love about your product, and build from there. you can worry about scaling once you have something worth scaling.
