Every Friday my last two years in college, our team would serve at an outreach center to start our weekend.

That was one of the building blocks to success in the team setting, but also in life.

Much credit to @RonSiersJr for being a transformational leader and one of the best coaches I’ve ever had.

He gave a presentation at the @ABCA1945 Barnstormers clinic at UMD this past fall and delivered a masterclass in what creating a successful culture looks like.
