What I’ve learnt over the course of my working life is that any positive small step or creation can be called a success. Sometimes success comes in 5 minutes, not 5 years. Even failures can turn into a success over time.
What it took to be successful with my startup:
– 5 years of savings
– positive mindset
– stay motivated with little results for 3 years
– learn new skills outside my comfort zone
– make friends with other founders who support me
– luck
Not easy but not impossible.
@therobotjames It’s funny. Yesterday I decided to see if chatGPT could build me an arbitrage strategy and all the details on how to build and deploy it. It’s couldn’t, because it won’t. That’s when I discovered you!
15 mins later: Error: Message: Service/home/appuser/.wdm/drivers/chromedriver/linux64/112.0.5615.49/chromedriver unexpectedly exited. Status code was: 255.
Looking it up, 33 mins earlier @Pwuts1337 has posted a fix: https://t.co/cmL5u8q31Y.
This is the cutting edge
I've so many friends that are amazing software engineers but not builders. I can only go so long without the urge to build. I feel like I couldn't have those super powers and not use them as an outlet for my own creativity.
