क्या उसकी “गलती” ये है कि वो न्याय के लिए अपनी आवाज़ उठाने की हिम्मत कर रही है?

उसके अपराधी (पूर्व BJP MLA) को ज़मानत मिलना बेहद निराशाजनक और शर्मनाक है - खासकर तब, जब पीड़िता को बार-बार प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा हो, और वो डर के साए में जी रही हो।

बलात्कारियों को ज़मानत, और पीड़िताओं के साथ अपराधियों सा व्यवहार - ये कैसा न्याय है?

हम सिर्फ़ एक मृत अर्थव्यवस्था नहीं - ऐसी अमानवीय घटनाओं के साथ हम एक मृत समाज भी बनते जा रहे हैं।

लोकतंत्र में असहमति की आवाज़ उठाना अधिकार है, और उसे दबाना अपराध।

पीड़िता को सम्मान, सुरक्षा और न्याय मिलना चाहिए - न कि बेबसी, भय और अन्याय।

मैंने पहला इतना गिरा हुआ समाज (कुछ) देखा है जो खुलकर रेप और गैंग रेप करने वालो के साथ खड़ा है।

यहाँ तक कि लड़कियाँ भी। घिन आती है। पूरा केस देखो, लड़की तो लाचार थी, किसी की भी हो सकती है—दलित की भी और ठाकुर की भी।

उत्तराखंड की अंकिता भंडारी राजपूत ही थी, पर लाचार थी।VVIP को परोस रहे थे फिर हत्या हुई।

उन्नाव केस में सिर्फ रेप नहीं हुआ। लड़की ने विरोध किया तो कुलदीप सेंगर ने साथियों से गैंग रेप कराया। लड़की को इन दरिंदों के पास लाने वाली शशि सिंह थी।

परिवार ने गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट कराई तो सेंगर ने लड़की को 60 हजार रुपये में बेच दिया। 10 दिन बाद लड़की दूसरे गाँव में मिली।

FIR कराने के लिए लड़की को हर दरवाजा खटखटाना पड़ा, पर नहीं हुई। दबाव के लिए उसके चाचा और पिता पर फर्जी मुकदमे दर्ज हुए।

FIR के लिए लड़की को आत्मदाह तक की नौबत आई। उसके पिता को सेंगर के आदमियों ने उठाकर पुलिस थाने में पीटा। लड़की के पिता को बन्दूक की बट से मारा। पानी डाल डाल मारा।

खुद सेंगर और उसके भाई ने पीटा। लड़की का पिता मर गया। इस केस में सेंगर को 10 साल की सजा हुई।

लड़की, उसके वकील और परिजनों को हमेशा हत्या की धमकी मिलती रही। पुलिस ने सुरक्षा दी, पर निगरानी के लिए।

एक दिन पीड़िता के साथ सुरक्षा नहीं गई और सेंगर के रिश्तेदार ने ट्रक से उनकी कार पर 11 बार टक्कर मारी। इसमें उसकी दो मौसियाँ मर गईं।

वो और उसका वकील गंभीर रूप से घायल हुए।

सेंगर को रेप में उम्रकैद और पिता की हत्या में 10 साल की सजा हुई। कोई भी क्रिमिनल महीन सबूत छिपाकर अपराध करता है।

पता नहीं कितने क्रिमिनल जेल में रहते हुए गवाह मरवा देते हैं, पर उनका कुछ नहीं बिगड़ता, दोष तक सिद्ध नहीं होता। मैं ऐसे 10 से ज्यादा को जानता हूँ।

न्याय तो LOWER कोर्ट भी नहीं कर पाया, पर पीड़िता और गवाह की जान लेने की कोशिश पर सीधा जजमेंट दिया। सेंगर को उम्रकैद और 10 साल अलग से सजा दी।

अब दो हाई कोर्ट जज सब जानने-देखने के बाद भी बेल दे देते हैं, सजा सस्पेंड कर देते हैं।

योगी सरकार अपने जाति के MLA पर न बुलडोजर चला पाई, न उसके साथियों को एनकाउंटर में मार पाई, न सेंगर को मिट्टी में मिला पाई।

भारत हमेशा ऐसे राजाओं की वजह से थर्ड ग्रेड देश था और रहेगा। न्याय देखो, विधानसभा सीट में बिकवा दे रहे हैं।
