Due to her reluctance to go home the supervisors were forced to call the police to get her to clock out and leave the building.

​Even with police present she refused to leave the floor and the building. Eventually things made their way to the break room where her supervisor produced the schedule showing she was not supposed to be there and officially requested to tresspass her from the building.

Given one final warning by the officer to leave voluntarily or face arrest, Diamond dug her heels in.
