Building software, systems, and AI solutions that help businesses grow and operate smarter.
Most people know the FDE model by now.
In our conversations, 3 common mistakes: no decision rights, inconsistent data definitions, and no handover.
What helps: one measurable workflow, standardize only the needed inputs, and plan handover from day one.

Anthropic’s decision to add invisible watermarks to content created or processed through Claude is worth paying attention to (link to article below).
It raises a bigger question for businesses: Do you actually know how AI is being used inside your company, and who owns the final result?
Why this is important
For me, this comes down to trust. A company can spend years building it, and one careless mistake can do a lot of damage.
If something goes out under your company’s name and it is wrong, the customer will not care if “AI made the mistake,” that answer is not going to cut it. Your company chose to use the tool, and your company chose to put that work out.
If your name is on it, you have to own it! Someone needs to check the work, understand it, and be willing to stand behind it. A lot of content that I come across, its very easy to see AI slop without any proper review, and I automatically lose trust regardless of what the person/company is sharing.
What this is and the impact it can have
This is not limited to something Claude wrote from scratch. If Claude was used to edit, rewrite, or process existing work, that involvement could still be watermarked/identified.
Companies will need to understand which tools touched the work along the way and what output was created. If a customer asks, you should be able to explain how it was created and still stand behind the final result.
How businesses should think about it moving forward
AI usage can be an accelerant and companies should use it to move faster. But that speed has also made it easier to get lazy, skip reviews, and avoid accountability.
Having an AI policy is important, but will continue to keep changing as the technology evolved. Companies need a real system for tracking which tools are being used, what information is going in, what is coming out, and who is responsible for reviewing the final work.
