why are we having so many shootings lately? it seemed like it had been months since hearing of any, now there’s one every day?! it scares me so much. but i do know God is in control and He will protect us! i just HATE seeing so many innocent lives being taken. it breaks my heart.

one of my favorite characteristics of God is His compassion.
He doesn’t just sit idly while He watches us go through hard things; He has compassion on us & comforts us.
in the midst of our grief, He is working to turn it for our good.
