If he can't read english, he couldn't pass the test for him to drive on US roads in a commercial vehicle. Even if he can roughly approximate his way around, he is nowhere near qualified for a commercial vehicle.

@Jet_Limit1 @JurdiJD TBC is my overall favorite expansion but if you don't view the it purely from a minute to minute gameplay view, TBC made some big flops. Flying, completely eliminating 40m raids, moving out of Azeroth, gear itemization getting too ideal, etc.
