Our healthcare system is broken. 

A new report just confirmed what we already knew. 1.5 million patients in 2024- 25, or 10 per cent, waited 14 hours or more in Canadian emergency departments. This represents a 28% increase from 2018-19.

This isn’t just an inconvenience. As one front-line doctor put it, “this is lethal.” For patients over 75, even one night in the ER increases the risk of death. 

In the UK, they found that for every 82 patients kept waiting six to eight hours, there is one additional death.

That is happening here, right now, under our so-called “universal” system.

And what are the liberals and fake conservatives doing?

They’re either in denial or they want to throw more of your money at a system that doesn’t work. More central planning. More Ottawa meddling.

They are wrong. And they are part of the problem.

Canada already spends more than most OECD countries on healthcare. Ottawa’s health transfers have more than doubled since 2006, from $20 billion to $52 billion. 

And what do we have to show for it? The worst wait times of any developed country.

Throwing more money at a broken system doesn’t fix it. It just feeds the bureaucracy.

The People’s Party of Canada has a different plan. A bold plan. A plan that works.

We are the only party that will:

· Repeal the Canada Health Act. This law gives Ottawa a stranglehold over provincial healthcare, discouraging innovation and preventing real reform.

· Allow mixed public-private universal systems. Just like every other developed country except the US. In these systems, patients have choice. Wait times are non-existent. And nobody is denied care because of low income. Everyone has insurance.

· Replace the Canada Health Cash Payment with a permanent transfer of tax points. We will give up the GST, $52 billion in revenue, and let the provinces raise and keep that money. They will be fully responsible, as provided for in the constitution, for the financing and management of healthcare.

This isn’t about ideology. It’s about saving lives. It’s about giving provinces the incentives to actually fix the problem instead of blaming Ottawa.

The establishment parties want to keep the status quo. They don’t care if you wait 14 hours in an ER. They don’t care if you die in a hallway. 

We are the only ones telling the truth. We are the only ones with the courage to do what’s necessary to build a healthcare system that actually puts patients first. Not bureaucrats. Not politicians.

The key to saving the environment is not looking backward, it’s moving forward.

I realized this the first time I visited Italy twenty years ago. Everything was clean and green. The rivers sparkled. The lesson for me was obvious: the answer is not underdevelopment. The answer is progress.

When China was poor, the air was so polluted that people could barely see the blue sky. Today, blue skies have returned to their cities. Development does not only create wealth, it also provides the resources needed to restore and protect the environment.

Some environmentalists want us to preserve every aspect of our biodiversity, including the mosquitoes for example, so that researchers can fly in once every ten years from their universities (which build particle accelerators and billion-dollar laboratories with their pocket money), study our ecosystems, and count how many people died from dengue outbreaks.

They want to buy our air through carbon credits. If carbon credits were such a great deal, they would be selling them to us, not the other way around.

Cleaning every river, lake, and water source in El Salvador, and ensuring they remain clean and sparkling, would cost roughly $12 billion. Where is that money supposed to come from without economic development? Carbon credits?

The path forward for our country is the path of Japan and Singapore, not the path of the Congo.

Dear Albertans,

For decades, Ottawa has treated your province not as an equal partner in Confederation, but as a subordinate and an ATM. The unfair equalization formula has taken your wealth for 61 years. You’ve sent billions of dollars and have never received a single penny back.

In October 2021, 62% of you voted in a referendum to stop this wealth drain. And nobody is listening to you. Certainly not the Liberals. And not the Conservatives who take your vote for granted while doing nothing for you.

You’re right to be enraged. Ottawa blocks your pipelines, strangles your energy sector, kills your jobs, and then demands your money. They want your wealth but deny you the means to earn more.

I share your frustration.

Now you have a chance to be heard. On October 19, you will answer a critical question: 

“Should Alberta remain a province of Canada or should the Government of Alberta commence the legal process required under the Canadian Constitution to hold a binding provincial referendum on whether or not Alberta should separate from Canada?”

You have two options: Should Alberta REMAIN a province, or COMMENCE the legal process to hold a binding referendum on separation? 

The “Remain” option changes nothing. That’s the status quo. Alberta remains a colony of Ottawa’s imperial federalism. 

That means allowing the federal government to continue interfering into provincial affairs with its unconstitutional laws, regulations and spending programs on sectors such as healthcare, natural resources development, education, and others. 

That means pipelines being held hostage to costly carbon capture schemes, industrial carbon taxes killing your competitiveness, no equalization reform and zero control over immigration.

The “Commence the legal process” option is the only way to a strong Alberta. Voting to start the legal process for a secession referendum launches genuine negotiations for greater autonomy for Alberta. It puts a knife to the throat of Ottawa’s establishment. It gives you bargaining power.

Poilievre’s fake Conservatives and Carney’s Liberals will work together and promise you autonomy, just like they promised Quebec at the last referendum. 

The result was the opposite, even with a very close 49/51% vote. More centralization and more trampling of provincial jurisdictions, including another bunch of unconstitutional federal programs created by Justin Trudeau in recent years: national daycare, pharmacare, dental care. 

Don’t believe them.

History shows Ottawa only listens when faced with a credible democratic threat to its authority.

The federalist camp will lie and say a “Commence” vote means separation, and also untold catastrophes and the end of the world as we know it. That's not the case. 

It’s a vote to start negotiations that could of course lead to separation, but not necessarily. It’s also a vote for an end to federal imperialism. A vote for autonomy, for fairness, for respect.

As in Quebec, that’s very likely what the large majority of voters want in Alberta, and that’s what would be by far the best outcome for everyone.

And to genuine Alberta separatists who want a more radical break anyway, I say: be patient. That debate comes later, after a strong “Commence” vote and possibly failed negotiations.

The People’s Party of Canada stands with all of you who are fed up with the status quo and want a radical change, whether it’s radical decentralization – as my party has been proposing for years – or outright separation. 

We support the “Commence” option. We believe in a united Canada, but unity cannot be forced through coercion and constitutional overreach. True unity requires respect for our Constitution.

This is your moment Albertans. The time for decisive action is now. 

But, let's be clear: Ottawa doesn’t listen to polite demands. It doesn’t listen to reason. It only listens to power. 

Use your power. Vote to COMMENCE this legal process. Vote for a new beginning for you and the country.

Le gouvernement Carney gaspille des milliards de dollars de vos impôts dans une technologie totalement inutile : le captage, l'utilisation et le stockage du carbone (CUSC).

Voici les faits : le crédit d'impôt à l'investissement pour le CUSC, à lui seul, coûtera 5,7 milliards de dollars aux contribuables canadiens entre 2022 et 2028. De plus, le gouvernement a indûment dépensé plus de 350 millions de dollars en subventions dans le Programme d'innovation énergétique.

Mais voici la simple vérité scientifique que les politiciens libéraux et conservateurs refusent d'admettre :

Le CO₂ n'est PAS un polluant. C'est un gaz incolore, inodore et non toxique, essentiel à la vie sur Terre. Les plantes en ont besoin. Les arbres en ont besoin. Sans CO₂, il n’y aurait pas de photosynthèse, pas de nourriture, pas de forêts, pas de vie.

Nous n'avons pas besoin de « capter » le carbone. Les arbres absorbent le carbone. Ils le font gratuitement, naturellement, et ce depuis des millions d'années.

Il n'y a pas d'urgence climatique. Ce gaspillage de 5,7 milliards de dollars par le gouvernement est injustifié.

Alors pourquoi le gouvernement nous impose-t-il cela?

Parce que pour lui, le CO₂ est un polluant qu'il faut capturer.

Et que dire des faux conservateurs?

Pierre Poilievre et son équipe font de grandes promesses, mais ils ne réduiront pas ces dépenses. Ils continueront de subventionner les mêmes lobbyistes qui profitent du CUSC. Ce sont des libéraux, version légers.

Seul le Parti populaire du Canada :

•Reconnaîtra le CO₂ pour ce qu'il est : un gaz naturel et essentiel, et non un polluant.
•Supprimera TOUT le financement pour le CUSC, soit la totalité du crédit d'impôt de 5,7 milliards de dollars et les 350 millions de dollars de subventions.

A very sad announcement.

I have just been convicted a second time for 'hate speech' and it is only due to a technicality that I could not immediately be sent to jail —to the judge's frustration.

In an ironic turn of events it's actually thanks to my previous prison sentence (for memes in a private group chat) that I am now still free —in a physical sense, at least.

Call me naive but I didn't think they would take it this far, given that this precedent criminalises many of the arguments used by even the most moderate politicians critical of mass migration.

In February 2024 I gave a lecture at Catholic University Leuven wherein I linked mass migration to crime and a deterioration of our quality of life. Every single point I made was 100% the truth and based on scientific evidence.

Cynically, even the judge that convicted me admits as much by writing in his verdict: “Even if all of the statements made by Van Langenhove are based on scientific evidence and statistics, it makes no difference to the criminal intent. Van Langenhove is not charged with spreading false information. He is charged with presenting facts in a way that incites hatred against persons on the grounds of one or more of the protected criteria in the Anti-Racism Law.”

That's a lot of words just to say he wants to send me to prison for speaking the truth.

Even the regime media write: "It did not matter to the court that Van Langenhove was quoting scientific sources. The judge argued that Van Langenhove's main message was that a big part of the societal problems like insecurity, housing shortages and lowering educational standards are due to mass migration."

You may think the regime media are being sympathetic to me in the first sentence, but in reality they are warning people: even if you speak the truth, if you go against our narrative, we will crush you in every way possible.

Both the public prosecutor and the judge did not present a single real argument as to how or against whom I would have incited hatred. So even if I would accept their crazy, dystopic law, I still did not break it.

The only argument they present is that I created a "hostile atmosphere of us versus them” in regards to migrants. But even this silly argument (which is not even a punishable offence) is not true. To me, the deadly disease is self-hatred and one of its worst symptoms is replacement migration. My enemy is thus NOT the migrants themselves but those orchestrating the mass migration.

Sadly, in Belgium, evidence is not needed and ‘vibes’ are enough to put someone in jail.

Given the fact that I have another court case coming up in September and that I have a dozen active criminal investigations for hate speech, time is running out for me. I have already paid more than €420,000 in legal fees and there is no ending in sight. I have been in an intense battle of attrition for eight years and must now regroup to make sure I can still win.

Mark Carney and Danielle Smith claim their energy deal could pave the way for a new oil pipeline. This may not be the case.

It is important to be aware that the construction of any new pipeline is conditional on going ahead with the Pathways carbon capture project. These two projects move together or not at all.

Let me be clear: This is not a pathway to a green future. This is a pathway to an expensive boondoggle.

The McMillan LLP report is clear: carbon capture is not economically viable without billions in government handouts. We’re talking over $20 billion in upfront capital, plus tax credits and price guarantees. And if a storage facility fails? The liabilities are enormous and completely unaddressed.

But here’s the real crime against Alberta.

The new Memorandum of Understanding with Ottawa imposes an industrial carbon tax of $140 per tonne by 2040.

Do you understand what this means?

We are the only country among the 10 largest global oil producers that has an industrial carbon tax.

Alberta oil will no longer be competitive. Every barrel will carry a tax burden no other major producer pays. Investment will flee to the United States, where emissions are higher, but profits are real.

This agreement is bad for Alberta. It’s a surrender to the climate cult, whose scientific basis is non-existent.

We don’t need carbon capture. Trees capture carbon.

We don’t need a carbon tax. There’s no climate emergency.

What Alberta needs is negotiating power. Leverage. Real leverage. 

The only way for Alberta to get a pipeline and to make its oil competitive again is to stop begging Ottawa for permission.

On October 19, by voting to start the legal process to hold a referendum on secession, Albertans can dictate the end of the imperial federalism imposed by the Liberals and Conservatives.

Not because separation is the first step. But because the threat of it is the only way to force real negotiation power over Ottawa.

With that power, Alberta can win back its autonomy.

It can kill the costly and useless Pathways carbon capture project. It can kill the industrial carbon tax.

Albertans, you can abolish the climate cult and allow Alberta to freely develop its economy.

And remember: A province that cannot leave is a province that cannot bargain.

Luxury experiences really don't exist anymore, at least not in the West

Canada’s Chief Justice Richard Wagner has installed a lifelike bronze bust of himself in our highest court.

It should be called ‘Narcissus Canadiannus”

- There is no precedent for something this vulgar in the history of the Court. It should be taken down. Richard fancies himself.

- Richard also fancies his own opinion on things. He violated legal due process and the Courts reputation by publicly accusing the Convoy - who protested backwards federal Covid policies that were soon dropped of ‘anarchy’ and ‘hostage taking’.

Now that the Convoys freedom of speech, assembly and due process rights have been asserted by lower courts the Supreme Court has to consider the appeal of the federal govt and weigh the rights of citizens against the decision of the federal government to impose the Emergencies Act to suspend those rights.

Wagners lack of judicial discretion in the first instance makes his recusal from such an important rights-defining case important because it signals not just fairness in the content of the decision but in the way the decision gets reached by the highest Court.

He has already shown his bias. Any decision against the convoy poisons the integrity of the Court if he remains present.

But Richard - the man with the bust of himself in our Court - doesn’t imagine himself under the law he imposes on others. He hasn’t completed any graduate work in law or published any academic work in law, philosophy or jurisprudence so it’s hard to know how he justifies himself in these matters.

Ironically, he has a reputation for warning others - including those far more qualified in formal jurisprudence than he is - not to critique Canadian judges like himself or their (increasingly bizarre and politicized) decisions.

But, from the Magna Carta onwards, Richard should know that in law as in politics dissent is democracy.

The dissent of the Convoy and the growing critique of Richards own bizarre behaviour and inability to articulate a judicial philosophy is exactly what’s needed to save Canada - and the Court’s reputation as a place where justice - not the ego of the Justices - is at stake.

Richard should recuse himself. And remove that vulgar bust from the Supreme Court.
