I keep getting this comment under my posts. The thing is I mostly talk about the DS hand when I see it. So the comment is like telling a cardiologist "everything is not about the heart" under his posts, because the patient already has kidney disease.

The cardiologist will acknowledge the kidney issue but say he will talk about the heart because that's what is going to cause major issues now and that's his specialty. This is my answer to everyone who posts that one liner seeded to dilute my warnings on the DS.

But if someone then warns the fast food, tobacco, and drinks companies are making him sick and helping the healthcare industry, it would be silly to argue and say "why blame them and their products, he already has heart disease."

Because he may already have heart disease, but if he's influenced by the fast food, tobacco, and drinks companies, keeps doing as they say in their ads, it will worsen his own condition and accelerate "regime change" on the body - that's death (and rebirth if you believe it.)

A doctor will warn you about dangers of colds, flus and lab created covid if you have an immune condition. Yes, your ailment is already there. You already have an issue. But if you give them a chance, the viruses will hijack your system badly utilizing your issue and do a regime change on your body.

Remember my analogies and tell your friends why talking about the DS is important. Tell them "yes a country has issues but you can't ignore the outside hand that's trying to hijack the issues, amplify our problems, and institute a regime change."

Issue first reported on March 28.

The dealership acknowledged the defect and management admitted the mistake. Since then, I have received multiple assurances and timelines, none of which have been honoured.

As this is a commercial vehicle, the delay has resulted in missed business opportunities, unnecessary travel, and loss of income.

Most recently, I was informed that replacing the seat would cost the dealership approximately ₹14,000-15,000. An alternative proposal was then discussed involving transferring a seat from a future vehicle delivery rather than resolving the issue through the proper replacement process.

I declined this approach and requested that the vehicle be rectified through the appropriate Tata Motors channels.

Nearly two months later, the issue remains unresolved.

- Fault admitted by dealership
- Multiple promises made
- Timelines repeatedly broken
- Calls now unanswered

Initially told issue would be resolved within a week. Then told a new seat must be ordered and to wait another 10 days.

That period has now passed too.

Commercial vehicle. Ongoing business loss. Still no resolution.

As someone trying to build a business in Kerala, this has been a very disappointing experience with @TataMotors.

Purchased a Winger Plus for commercial use — delivered with a missing seat handrest (non-standard).

Here’s what followed:

• Issue reported on March 28
• Multiple follow-ups with sales (Mr. Mahesh K Babu) — no response
• Escalated to Branch Manager (Mr. Rejeesh P Nair) — unclear on product specs
• Asked to fix externally (unacceptable for a new vehicle)
• Assured parts would be ordered — but nothing was done
• Visited showroom again today — no parts, no update, calls ignored

This has led to:
• Loss of business income
• Multiple trips between Pathanamthitta & Trivandrum
• Delays in launching operations

When investing and trying to create jobs locally, basic accountability should not be this difficult.

Request @TataMotors to urgently intervene and resolve this.
