1: I’ve been a loyal @Tesla owner, but last night’s Roadside Assistance experience was a nightmare. I was stranded in an unsafe Chicago neighborhood with my friends/family — cold, raining, unsafe — and Tesla left me hanging for 2 hours. @elonmusk
7: I love @Tesla, but this was a disaster. I understand 3rd-party vendors are involved, but bad coordination, poor response, and zero empathy from Tesla support is unacceptable. @elonmusk — is this the standard now?
6: I was forced to pay $622 for a premium tire change under extreme pressure. I didn’t want a replacement at first — I wanted a repair — but I had no other choice after hours stranded with friends/family.
5: I asked to keep the flat tire so I could get it replaced in Milwaukee (where I live/work) the next morning — they refused. Now I have to drive 5 hours round trip back to Chicago just to pick up the new tire.
4: I was messaging Tesla between 10:47 PM and 2:40 AM, stressed and anxious. When I finally got through to a supervisor, they were rude, cold, and completely unhelpful. No apology, no ownership, no compensation.
3: Even then, he couldn’t help. I asked Tesla to send someone else — the second Roadside Assistance took another full hour to arrive. I was stuck on the side of the road with my family for nearly 3.5 hours total, in the rain.
2: I live in Milwaukee and was visiting Chicago when I got a flat around 10:45 PM. I immediately contacted Tesla. First guy came super late — WITHOUT tools, didn’t understand the request, had to leave and come back.
The USA team is getting paid only $250 per day. No match fee, no contracts, no sponsors, and no ads. They all have second jobs too. Compare this to the Pakistani team now, millions per ad, Salaries in millions, full-time cricket, match fees, winning fees, contracts, PSL, & more.
