@AnthonyShaw91 You should give it a go at home if you haven't yet, it's surprisingly easy. You'll get Panko at Ica and if you can't get hold on those curry roux tablets, it's basically flour, butter, curry, masala and spice... I was so happy when I realised :- ) Good luck!
