@SamAMcKee Hey so this wasn't that big of a game. Risking davies was not worth it. If he's not 100% and gets injured bayern also has threatened to sue in the past cuz we did that exact thing very recently. Round of 32 he'll play for sure.
@AdamWylde The switch and fortnite show that the most affordable gaming experience, is the one with the biggest advantage in the marketplace. Unbelievable that these business models haven't been truly replicated by competitors yet. And nintendo's even moving away from it too.
@jtbourne my perspective, it gives crosby the opportunity to mentor celebrini in the leadership role. give him helpful advice he can bring forward in his career. ultimately a good room should just view it as a letter and rally together (even though i agree sid should always get it)
@AdamWylde Just thought I'd bring this up but Pelley clearly took it personally that people think they didn't do their due diligence, he mentioned that he did like 27 times.
@AdamWylde I'm curious if you guys will do your due diligence before this podcast. Diligently. Maybe talk to 20 well known guys in hockey beforehand? Or, maybe interview 27 people on the show today? Due diligently with the highest level of diligence please.
@odognine2 I can also think of a few other graphs that could show the impact of that hit. It's easy because it's one event so you can clearly show any data before and after. Only watch the show cuz of you but I gotta stand up for math here.
@odognine2 You could easily make a graph about that and it would simply be a graph showing slafkovsky's impact on play before and after the hit (I'm not sure if he even returned so the graph might actually be even easier than that). I'm a fan but let's not underestimate graphs!
@Steve_Dangle Steve, I've been watching your LFRs since this lovely golden era began. I remember "AUSTON MATTHEWS IS A LEAF" like it was yesterday (it's been repeated 1000 times). How do even begin to process what's happened to us here as a fanbase?
@SamAMcKee I think with the current vibe of the team and how minutes are being allocated, a first line to fourth line "demotion" means less than it ever has in this era.
@Steve_Dangle Maybe they do it with good players because they want the opponent to game plan them and then have to change up right before the game, idk I'm grasping at straws
@Steve_Dangle It's weird that no one is talking about how a team built to hit isn't finishing their checks, it's why they don't create space for themselves and why they look so passive imo
