21 people became victims of the barbaric attack of Armenia, more than 70 people were injured.

In the attack on the city, the Armenia used the Smerch MLRS with a 9M55K projectile containing a 9N235 cluster warhead with 72 submunitions.

In the 1st Karabakh War, when Armenians occupied Kalbajar, they captured the child seen in this video footage recorded in April 1993.

The woman begging the Armenians there is his grandmother.

Armenian soldiers, ignoring the pleas and cries of his grandmother, put the boy on the tank and took him away.

They killed the grandmother in front of the child (Zabil Seferov) and kept him captive for 3 years.

For three long, excruciating years, Zabil and others like him endured the horrors of captivity.

In Armenian prison camps in Khankendi and Agdara, and within the merciless walls of Shusha prison, they were reduced to slaves.

The oppressors wielded their power without restraint, torturing and taking lives at will, regardless of age.

Under the leadership of the ICRC, he was released in a prisoner exchange in 1996.

Zabil Seferov was but a mere 15-year-old when the Armenians snatched him from his world in Kalbajar.
