Ik betaal het hoogste aanbod maar de kwaliteit is extreem laag. De chatbots sluiten meteen het gesprek en ik overweeg sterk om van provider te switchen als ik geen hulp krijg.

Altijd rond 22u krijg ik een massive spike van ping waardoor heel het internet plat ligt voor een minuut, dit is extreem vervelend als je bezig bent met iets online, wat zou hiervan de oorzaak kunnen zijn?
Van de chatbots krijg ik nooit antwoord of stopt het gesp direct
