@CiroDeSiena It’s excellent. True to the source material and adds to it in surprising and cool ways. I firmly believe the video games are one of the quintessential pieces of media a human should experience. The show is an admirable substitute but ultimately just that.

@CiroDeSiena I think the ending in the show feels less earned than the ending in the game because of the amount of time you spend protecting/bonding with Ellie as the playable character of Joel. The agency of the game lends the ending more gravity.
