@cbsenjoyer @charistasnell If a juror has doubt, that doubt is presumed to be reasonable. There are standard presumptions that jurors who are serving are reasonabl enough to serve. (I’m a lawyer, btw.)

@MrsGilleyToYou Any lawyer gets it- they said 1 isn’t following the reasonable doubt instruction. That means they know there’s a basis for doubt but still want to convict. If it was only 1 who DIDN’T want to convict it would mean the 1 finds there’s basis for doubt, and is following the rule.

@901Lulu If 11 found guilty beyond reasonable doubt and the 1 didn’t agree, that would mean the 1 has reasonable doubt, which isn’t a violation of the instruction.

@NateSilver538 Entirely anecdotal, but I know of many first-time crossovers this cycle because the senate race got so much attention, and R voters could live with any of their primary options but not AES.

@HaleyforMI Hi Haley- current constituent here. Please stop attacking @AbdulElSayed. He’s the better (and leading) candidate and your attacks are helping Mike Rogers more than you. It’s not a classy look for our district. We’re better than that.

@danpfeiffer Stevens is my current rep. I have not heard a single person express excitement or even interest in her. Purely anecdotal, but I hear people all over in all kinds of groups express interest in AES.
