Rep. Mavin speaking on the DOJ “Over recent weeks concerns about how the DOJ has conducted and failed to uphold federal law has reached a critical point. I feel this select committee will investigate the issues that have plagued the DOJ over recent time.”

DEVELOPING: Rep. Mavin confirmed to us this morning that he will in-fact introduce articles of impeachment against Judge. He’s also confirmed he submitted a resolution to create a select committee to investigate the Department of Justice and its alleged misconduct.

Speaking on the District Judge’s Inactivity “I urge my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to pass this resolution today. We cannot let this destructive behavior continue and further damage the District Courts. My hope is we can provide new legislation in the coming weeks.”

BREAKING: Representative Mavin will introduce articles of impeachment against Federal District Court Judge Samrathtripathi at the next House Session.

Sources with direct knowledge have said the Teslacart investigation will be expeditious. We’ve reached out to the U.S. Attorneys Office but declined to comment on active investigations. We also reached out to Former FBI Director Poke but did not respond for comment.
