A powerful reminder that every voice carries a story. 🧠💙 Participating in #WorldMentalHealthDay 2026 reaffirmed my belief that listening with empathy, challenging stigma, and valuing lived experiences are essential to meaningful mental health change. #RealVoicesRealChange
Real voices, real change!🧠💙
#CPSAR was honored to join @purpeaceclub in commemorating World #MentalHealthDay 2026 under the theme “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change.”
We learned a lot from the interactive conversations about ending stigma, listening as cure,..

💙Sometimes, prevention starts with something simple: checking in, listening without judgment, and reminding someone that they don't have to face everything alone.💙
Most people in crisis do not need a speech. They need one person who notices and stays.

I got a chance to meet with H.E @AmbEinatWeiss, Ambassador of Israel in Rwanda 🇷🇼 🇮🇱 while I was honored to serve as the Conference Moderator in Resilient Minds-Drugs free Lives CONFERENCE held by @cpsarwanda at UR-Huye Campus.
And yes, we took a selfie 🤳 😜

At the “Mind Resilience, Drug-Free Lives” Conference organised by @cpsarwanda at the @UR_Huye, I was honoured to address an important conversation on mental health and youth wellbeing.
Youth mental health is not optional—it is foundational. Preventing drug abuse requires strong support systems, early intervention, and accessible care for young people.
We are proud to be part of this partnership that we believe helps strengthen resilience, empower youth, and build a healthier, drug-free future.

Every cancer experience is different, yet our responsibility remains the same. As @cpsarwanda , we stand for palliative care that supports both mind and body because comfort, compassion, and dignity matter at every stage.
Today, CPSAR, in collaboration with RPS and the University of Rwanda Center for Mental Health, trained over 40 university students from Remera, Huye, and Rwamagana in Crisis Intervention, equipping them with skills to effectively support individuals during crisis situations.
CPSAR Executive President Celestin MUGABO and his fellow leaders have met with Dr. ZENG GUANGYU, Director of the Confucius Institute at University of Rwanda-College of Education to discuss about future productive collaborations. @Uni_Rwanda@UR_CoE@SolidMindsRw@IsraelinRwanda
