@SamsungUK your customer service team should be based in the UK they are just not cut out dealing with UK customers especially myself. If I buy from here i should deal with UK based customer service team. #appallingservice

@pavalicious @SamsungUK Their online shop team are so robotic and useless they keep giving you the same answers and I still have not been able to speak to anyone senior regarding my issue. @SamsungUK I know @Apple wouldn't let me down like this.
