@gameofchance3@memeticsisyphus 10:1 doesn't matter when you have most of the world's effective capacity for violence.
Europe may be in trouble though, they are only *allies* with most of the worlds effective capacity for violence.
@hackerfantastic Also, to add insult to injury, it has a bunch of mitigation in place that would make the exploit unrealistically hard even if it had been vulnerable. Whoever is running it is an idiot who thinks they are very smart.
@VistaLargaGames I'm playing around with a design document for a game based largely on ideas I stole from a game made in '98 that sold poorly... This feels like the worst and best idea simultaneously.
@ApexSeeker_ Japan had already lost (but was unwilling to admit it) by the time the bombs were dropped.
Japanese soldiers fought well, and had decent to better-than-US equipment, so it wasn't that either.
It comes down purely to industrial might and the resources to use it.
How rigidly you need to follow the 4 rules is directly correlated with how experienced with guns you are and how retarded you are.
Some people should not have their finger near a trigger even with a chamber flag in the gun. Other people can be trusted to finger fuck that thing all they like.
@hotahotasa45082 It's too loud. Cheap and tasteless. To my western eyes, a kimono looks elegant, this looks like some random cheap cloth that someone wrapped themselves in.
If stupid people with fatal cases of performative empathy want to make that "fatal" literal, then let them. If you rational for any decision or plan starts with "if at least 80% of everyone would just..." then your plan is dead on arrival. 80% of everyone would not be able to agree that the sky is blue.
@DemLiiberials@Billhelmich Not true in my state and every state around me. Just because you want something to be true, does not make it so. Get fucked.
And SEALs will still claim all of this is a lie to this day, because they were the ones who left him and it makes them look bad.
They cannot seem to realize that while leaving a guy behind in a fight because you thought he was dead is bad, it is a million times worse to piss on his memory to save your reputation. One is an honest, but regrettable mistake made by fallible men in the heat of combat. The other is a deliberate considered action taken in comfort and safety.
To have modern team sports, you need modern travel. Otherwise it's just some guys from the local area getting together to throw a ball around. Once you can travel to the next town over in a couple of hours, it makes sense to get a few guys together from the nearest few towns and have a competition. Everything else follows from there.
Also, as a bonus, you need a culture that has enough spare time and resources to put into something like that.
@DemLiiberials@Billhelmich You, and people like you, are the reason I open carry a full size pistol. It changes my life not at all, but it makes yours worse *by your own choice*, which makes the whole thing... Perfect.
@nevyn123@0x4bs3nt I never really understood this argument that "the AI changes tons of files for a small change", it really doesn't. Maybe people who have this issue are bad at prompting, or organizing their sessions? You ask it to do one thing, commit that thing. Boom, small clean commits.
