We shipped our index platform in December.
Closed beta, non-custodial, audited. It worked. Now we're releasing the rest of it.

Indexes were the smaller half of what we'd built.
The real engine was the rebalancing underneath.

Last message for the day, Nom. This is coming from concern and frustration and I’m just trying to help protect shareholders.

Whoa the stock just dropped to 1.25 ($0.035 pre split equivalent) and it’s getting harder to ignore what the capital structure is doing here.

I want you to see how destructive the overhang and dilution have been for both the company and shareholders. Just look at today’s tape it speaks for itself.

This is a dire message. Please take your knowledge and step in where you can.

I’m also trying to understand the dark pool prints. If you can shed any light on whether this is manipulation or dilution related activity I’d appreciate it.

At these levels this isn’t sustainable and confidence continues to erode.
