@MartinSLewis @NatWest_Help assured me on my online chat that March payment WOULDNT be taken, and yet it was. So no money at all for us and I’m self employed so we have no cash until the government grants come out- sneaky- they want us to use our overdraft and get the interest maybe?!?!

@MartinSLewis Also when I did apply on the 20th of March I was assured that March payment due at the end of the month wouldn’t be taken!!! @NatWest_Help not looking after us as well as the other banks seem to be doing

@MartinSLewis Hi Martin- natwest agreed mortgage holiday online but took the money anyway- there’s an automated message when you call to tell you that they couldn’t cancel this months payments and that they will be in touch with what help they can offer!!!!

@MartinSLewis @NatWest_Help have taken mortgage payments this week after agreeing a mortgage holiday including the next payment. Automated message says they couldn’t stop this weeks payments. What’s going on? We have no money to survive on now as self employed!

@MartinSLewis I can’t apply for universal credit as I’ve got my tax money saved up to pay for July and January- which is more than £16k but I have absolutely no income now. I can spend the £16k but I still have to pay the full amount in tax so it doesn’t really help!

@flybe I’ve emailed you regarding a horrible outbust from a member of your staff from the hangers in Exeter airport. He was wearing Flybe uniform and he caused a minibus to swerve out of his way and then shouted and swore at the bus driver making a child on the bus cry!

@M_R_F since the Nhs removed the men c vaccine for three month olds is there an option to get it privately? My go surgery seems to think nobody makes a men c vaccine anymore, only a combined men c and hib?

@waitrose I love your stores but always miss out on the free tea and coffee in Truro I let my other half have it, but today I went to your saltash store and you had earl grey tea! Hallelujah! Why do the free tea selections vary store to store?

@frankienbennys why do so many of your dishes contain pork? Your menu is a minefield if you want to avoid bacon pepperoni etc, and staff don't seem that keen to accommodate changes- please can we have some more pork free options please!
