When they want instant entertainment at home, they “hire” Netflix or YouTube.
People don’t just use products — they hire them to make progress in their lives.

Just completed another milestone in my learning journey with TS Academy 🚀
One framework that stood out to me is Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD).
JTBD shifts the mindset from seeing products as things people simply use, to tools people “hire” to get something done.
#JobsToBeDone
Instead of focusing only on the user profile, it asks:
• What is the user trying to accomplish?
• What progress do they want to make?
• What obstacle are they facing?
For example, when someone needs to get somewhere quickly, they “hire” Uber or Bolt.

Product Management has been something I’ve been interested in for a long time. I’ve always been curious about how ideas turn into real products that people actually use and benefit from.
I’m really excited to finally take a proper step into it by starting my Product Management course with @TSAcademyOnline.
I’m looking forward to learning, growing, meeting amazing people, and seeing how this journey broadens my perspective and impact in the tech space.
@XpensiveDarko @nostainbillionz@ishowspeedsui If you noticed, speed stood for a bit to give him attention. The moment Egugun began barking, Baba continued movement.
In this Naija tech space, it’s easy to chase "optics", taking pictures at every event and forming "Big Tech" dev.
But listen: "Packaging" can get you the interview, but only real skill will help you keep the job.
Don't let your Twitter hype be bigger than your actual Figma file.
