@phillipstribune @chicagotribune Sorry to hear this, Michael. I think I might be one of your property tax attorneys. (This is a new personal account) Was a big fan long before I was your lawyer. Thanks for all the years of writing.
Sometimes, you get lucky and the world just sprinkles magic dust on your ears.
I left the office for lunch. Hit the street and I see this aggravated asian lady gesticulating to her coworker. And just as she steps within earshot, she says:
“I don’t thound like Mike Tython.”
Like, during 30 Rock, doing American Express commercials while you’re the Creator, Executive producer, and star of the most critically acclaimed and successful comedy show on television?
This kind of thought process is deeply disturbing. The DoJ has been above partisan politics since it was instituted. Yes, priorities change with each election, but to have the Attorney General say something like this boggles my mind. Every AUSA should resign in protest.
AG Bondi: "There are a lot of people in the FBI and also in the DOJ who despise Donald Trump, despise us, don't want to be there. We will find them. Because you have to believe in transparency, you have to believe in honesty, you have to do the right thing. We're gonna root them out and they will no longer be employed."
Every political party suddenly starts worrying about spending once they lose the Presidency. Happens every time. You could set your watch to it it’s so predictable.
