being able to spend at least 1-2 hours a day without your phone, doing things like reading, painting, dancing, taking long baths, listening to classical music, sunbathing, going on walks listening to birdsong only, praying, meditating is a sign of a healthy nervous system. the more hours you can go without your phone, the better. give your brain and your body time to relax, unclench. romanticize it as if you’re living in the 90s.
I be in my apartment like wow. Thank you God- I’m able to afford food, pay my rent, keep the lights on and the water running. I just be so grateful. Idk
