I welcomed the Politburo to the 398th Ordinary Session, marking the start of the 23rd ZANU PF National People’s Conference opening this Friday in Chinhoyi. Our focus is clear: translating party resolutions into tangible economic results. We reviewed final preparations and the Central Committee Report. I urged Committee Chairs to be guided by the collective wisdom of our delegates. Every deliberation must enhance intra-party democracy and positively impact the quality of life for all Zimbabweans. I commend our Departments for great strides in our 2025/2026 administrative performance. Through policy oversight and stakeholder engagement, we continue to drive reforms and foster real-time gap closing with a singular unity of purpose. My profound gratitude goes to the Organising Committee, Resource Mobilisation Sub-Committee, donors, and well-wishers for a highly successful Presidential Fundraising Dinner Ball in Harare. Your support strengthens our organizational foundation. Success is in the DNA of ZANU PF. Our responsibility does not end with passing resolutions. We must provide bold oversight to ensure full, impactful implementation guided strictly by our national interests as we march towards Vision 2030.
