1. Took my first trade on 10th July 2020 in the equity segment. First option trade followed shortly, on 14th July 2020. My love affair for options has sustained & strengthened through various ups and downs (mostly downs so far 😅) since day one.
Your flight SG 801 from Chennai to Bagdogra which was supposed to take off at 0545h today is now scheduled for 1730h! Customer care is not picking calls to clarify whether or not there could be a further delay. @flyspicejet please respond.
@Shijumonantony sir your preference for consolidation post breakouts must have given you the 10-12R hero/zero trade (25300 PE move from 5 to 67) in yesterday's expiry?
I could only understand it after the fact so missed the opportunity! 😅

Major trend has turned bullish, after being sideways for almost 7 weeks. Next major resistance is at all time high, which - interestingly enough - is at an exact distance of 3% (the range within which it was stuck) from the breakout level! :)

No trade since market gapped down and opened within the same range it has been stuck in - for 6+ weeks now. It has been around 12 days since the last trade :(

4. The aim for this FY is to follow Mark Douglas' Exercise till 28th Mar '24, forward testing one strategy at a time, and scaling up iff the risk reward and win ratio makes sense. Each trade will be logged into an excel sheet, analysed in my journal and reviewed periodically.
16. Handwriting the PMA/Journal is important.
17. No analysing/revisiting/tweaking the SOP in between sets of 20 trades to train your mind to think in probabilities.
14. In the journal entry, daily chart will be treated similar to 5min chart, and the price action of the day before will be connected to that of today, to help understand the next day's price action better.
15. Keep calm & manage risk. The score takes care of itself.
