As a medical student, I clerked the sick before they went in to be prayed for . We did abdominal exams , checked reports , scans and after pastor would pray , many would be healed .

You will just be hearing “ OUT , OUT ! Come out of her ! Healed ! And holy commotion would erupt in the healing auditorium.

I can’t see what people are saying and keep quiet . It would be sin .

That the thing didn't go the way you thought and prayed doesn't mean it is not God who caused it to happen the way it "fell out."

If things go your way always and as you think they should, then you should be running the whole universe and not him.

We can call three people and ask them to give you their problems to carry as your load, I bet you you will run because the weight of the 3 issues together is simply unbearable.

If you can't handle just 3, why do you think God must run his things according to your own intelligence. You are beneficiary of so so much on this earth you contributed nil to making it happen, but you insist things must be your way since you are the definition of truth.

Drink some kool-aid. The world doesn't revolve around you.

This afternoon, I will be speaking to leaders at this conference in Nairobi.

One of the points I will emphasise is... teach less for more impact. There is something called information overload that will dilute your essential point.

"Decide what you want to say. Where do you want the people to be at. There is so much information available today with resources we have that you can teach for a whole year without having to repeat ourselves. That may be impressive, but transformation only comes through repetition.

Without repetition, you will have informed people, however, an organisation without a defined culture and set of disciplines."
