@TelecelGhana are you sure about that?????? I don’t know about the rest of the areas you mentioned but as for Agbogba, Madina, Haatso. The issue still persist and remains unresolved.

There just isn’t enough force from what we see in the video to create such a huge hole. The scratch underneath the hole d33 that one is believable.

@fidelitybankgh 3. For an account that’s gonna be receiving doing high transactions, instantaneous notifications should be of higher priority.
-Banking app login notifications
-Debit/credit notifications
-POS/ATM notifications

All of these notifications should be instantaneous.

@fidelitybankgh Exactly!!! Early detection saves lives!!! So can you please tell me why when a transactions is made to or from my account I don’t get notified until 3-5 hours later? Shouldn’t notifications be almost instantaneous? How do I detect unauthorized transactions early with this system?

@fidelitybankgh 2. Mind you this is the Pay check plus account, and I created it with the intention of making it my main payroll account. Mind you less than a week of creating this account 20gh service charge was deducted and 35gh for a Chequebook request fee which I did not request for.
