If I can't figure out how to bypass this 'verify its you' thing on YouTube I'm actually just going to have to start a new channel. The help page seems to want me to associate a phone with the account, but I don't have a phone! I don't know why youtube has suddenly locked my acc.
I haven't moved an inch and I've never logged in to the account on anything else than this computer. I do not have a phone or another computer to login to either. What the hell do I even do in this situation?
Okay, so YouTube is now holding the theory audiobooks channel hostage. I can't do anything on it until I 'verify its me,' and to do that I have to 'Try again [login] from a device you normally use (like your phone or laptop) or from the location you usually sign in from.'
I am going to stop my Patreon until I can guarantee you and myself that I can actually consistently create content without tearing my eyeballs out. I'm sorry to everyone that loves and is looking forward to what I do, but I am really driving myself nuts here.
Hello everyone. Every time I try to do something "creative" like audiobooks or whatever it is I want to do it really always backfires on me. I don't know what kind of problem there is with me or what narcissism there is deep in the unconscious, but I just cannot relax.
Having to do creative things for me is like forcing myself to confront every flaw I interpret in myself and everything I hate about myself and I can only do this so much in week before I want to cut my tongue off and never speak a word again.
@3arabawy I am considering re-doing my old audiobooks with my newer considerably improved audio setup. Though I'm uncertain if the average viewer really cares about audio production quality. Otherwise, likely continuing with Zizek or finding something else that I find interesting.
the audiobook has taken over two and a half hours processing and i'm hoping that if i make a tweet about it, it will suddenly finish processing when i click back onto the tab.
Finally received my new mic preamp, it sounds extremely good! I will consider this a new chapter for Theory Audiobooks.
The complete works of zizek in audio: it's happening.
@3arabawy A Thousand Plateaus by Deleuze and Guattari. I was at the very end of the long "Becoming-animal" chapter. I'll get it done again eventually though!
Glad to see you writing to me, thank you.
Well I just screwed up really badly. I have accidentally deleted approximately three hours of the next audiobook at the tail end of finishing a very long chapter. Very excited by this fantastic development.
